Background
Small initiative grants are available for an innovative idea(s) related to sheep and wool education that needs seed funding for its development and implementation.
Applications may be made at any time during the year.
On completion, AWET will require a joint report from the Applicant and Supervisor as to the value of the funding, a summary of the activities undertaken along with any measures of success against the listed outcomes.
Applications
Applications are made using the Application Form (below). The applicant must download the form, complete the contact and project details, with the supervisor subsequently completing their section. The application form should then be submitted it to the AWET Secretary for the consideration of AWET Trustees.
Note, AWET will pay the grant to the Institute/Supervisor who is accountable for the delivery of the activities through the student.

Grants Available
General grants apply to innovation initiatives that are not constrained other than that they must be aimed at sheep and wool education.
Special grants are for innovation initiatives directly related to Ag360 (formerly Askbill) or RamSelect on-line educational tools.
