Woolwise is the only web-based repository of the educational resources created by the CRC for Premium Quality Wool during its activities from 1993-2000. This resource collection consists of some 2500 high quality Microsoft Powerpoint slides prepared and edited by leading Australian wool educators, researchers, and industry personnel. Each slide is accompanied by explanatory notes and references to allow users to extract personalised information modules.

The educational resources are organised into subjects, themes, topics and modules. The files associated with each subject can be downloaded as a compressed collection in ZIP file format. We are in the process of providing capability to also download the themes and topics within each subject as compressed collections. Likewise it will also be possible to download each module in its native MS-Powerpoint format.

Samples from each of the subjects can be viewed or downloaded.

The hierarchy of collections can be accessed using the menu on the righthand side of each page.

At the top level of the hierarchy of these collections the files are rather large, although not a problem for broadband connections. If you do not have a broadband connection you can obtain copies of collections on CD or DVD. A fee for this service will be charged to cover preparation and freight. Please contact the site administrator if you wish to avail yourself of this service.

The complete collection for each subject can be downloaded from the links provided below.
